SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Purchases will be shipped via USPS. Current processing time is 5-7 business days. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on price range.

EASY RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your package is sent back to us due to incorrect address or missing apartment/unit number, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have your package reshipped. If you do not wish to pay additional shipping costs, we are happy to refund your order. The initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

OUT OF STOCK

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our handcrafted soaps are made locally in small batches with care. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.
